Kushero LLC has a strict 3-day return request policy. Customers must contact us within 3 days after receiving their order to request a return. After 3 days, all sales are final and we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refund requests.

For health, safety, hygiene, and compliance reasons, Kushero LLC does not accept returns on any opened, used, worn, washed, altered, damaged, tampered-with, or age-restricted products.

The following items are final sale and non-returnable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:

Clothing and apparel returns must be requested within 3 days of delivery and must be unworn, unwashed, unused, odor-free, stain-free, with original tags, and in original packaging.

Kushero LLC reserves the right to deny any return that does not meet these requirements.
