Kushero LLC Shipping Policy

Kushero LLC ships orders to eligible locations within the United States, subject to product availability, shipping carrier rules, age restrictions, and applicable federal, state, and local laws.

By placing an order with Kushero LLC, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age or older and legally permitted to purchase, receive, possess, and use the products ordered in your city, county, state, and jurisdiction.

Kushero LLC reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or refund any order if we believe the order may violate age restrictions, shipping restrictions, product restrictions, payment processor rules, carrier rules, or applicable law.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is successfully completed.

Processing times may be longer during holidays, product launches, high-volume periods, or due to circumstances outside our control.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

Shipping Times

Estimated shipping times vary depending on the shipping method selected at checkout and the destination.

Shipping timelines provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Kushero LLC is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts, customs processing, holidays, high-volume carrier periods, or events outside our control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout unless otherwise stated.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return or refund is due to a Kushero LLC error, such as sending the wrong item.

21+ Delivery Notice

Kushero LLC products are intended for customers 21 years of age or older.

By placing an order, you certify that:

• You are at least 21 years old.

• You are legally allowed to receive the products ordered.

• You will not provide, resell, transfer, or distribute products purchased from Kushero LLC to anyone under 21 years old.

• You understand that certain products may be subject to age verification, shipping restrictions, or delivery limitations.

Kushero LLC may request additional verification before processing or shipping an order.

Shipping Restrictions

Some products may not be available for shipping to certain states, cities, counties, or jurisdictions due to applicable laws, carrier restrictions, or internal business policies.

Kushero LLC reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order that cannot be legally or safely shipped.

Customers are responsible for knowing and following the laws in their location before placing an order.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Kushero LLC is not responsible for lost, delayed, returned, or undeliverable packages caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping information.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs to reship the order.

Lost, Stolen, or Delivered Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Kushero LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages.

If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with neighbors, building management, mailrooms, front desks, or your local carrier office.

You may also contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Damaged Packages

Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 3 days of delivery at kusheroshop@gmail.com with:

• Your order number

• Your full name

• A description of the issue

• Clear photos of the damaged package and item

We will review the issue and determine whether a replacement, refund, or store credit is appropriate.

Returned Packages

If a package is returned to Kushero LLC due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, refusal of delivery, or inability to complete delivery, we may contact you to arrange reshipment.

Additional shipping fees may apply.

If we are unable to reach you, the order may be canceled according to our internal policy and applicable law.

International Shipping

At this time, Kushero LLC primarily focuses on eligible U.S. orders.

If international shipping becomes available, customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, import restrictions, or legal requirements in their country.

Kushero LLC is not responsible for packages delayed, rejected, seized, or returned by customs or international authorities.
