Refund & Return Policy
Kushero has a strict 3-day return request policy. You have 3 days after receiving your order to request a return. After 3 days, all sales are final and we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refund requests.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unworn, unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it

In its original packaging

With all tags, labels, accessories, and product materials included

Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
To request a return, contact us at kusheroshop@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery. Please include your order number, full name, reason for return, and photos if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Returns must be approved by Kushero before being shipped back. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an item being damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damages, Defects, or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at kusheroshop@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.
We will review the issue and determine whether a replacement, store credit, or refund is appropriate.
Non-Returnable Items
For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on:

Items damaged after delivery due to misuse, wear, or improper care
We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet our policy requirements.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If your return is approved, you may place a new order for the item you want after the return is completed.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your approved return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or denied.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a Kushero error, damaged item, defective item, or incorrect item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If merchandise is shipped into the European Union, customers may have the right to cancel or return an order within 14 days for any reason, subject to applicable law.
To qualify, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, unopened, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
